Stewart has over 39 years of Pre and Post Retirement Planning, including Life, Health,
Fixed and Indexed Annuity Insurance Experience. He has won numerous industry achievement
and sales awards and also serves as an advisor to NAFEP-National Association of
Financial and Estate Planning. He is one of the Foremost Authorities on Retirement
Planning, Asset Protection, Trusts, Investments, Medicaid, LTC, and Annuities. Stewart
is well-known CE-Continuing Educational Instructor and Author who speaks and teaches
across the country to: Financial Planners, Attorneys, CPA?s, Bankers, Stock Brokers,
and Insurance Agents. He has over 1,800 clients that include: Insurance Agents,
Security Reps, CPA?s, Attorney?s, Doctors, White/Blue Collar workers, Teachers,
and High Profile individuals.

Mike Janko - Chairman of NAFEP, CEA |

Mr. Janko does the primary research and development of NAFEP sales, marketing, computerization,
and training programs, for further review by the company counsel, Board of Directors,
and Advisory Board. He serves under the title of Executive Director. Mr. Janko has
a broad business background, with over 30 years experience in top level business
management. He has held positions of President, General Manager, and Director of
Marketing, for several small sized firms, with full profit and loss responsibility
in each case. Mr. Janko is personally sought out on a regular basis by attorneys,
CPAs, financial planners, and business and financial media outlets from across the
U.S., for in-depth consulting, information, and assistance on various estate planning
and business issues.

Michael T. Sawyier - J.D., LL.M. (Tax), Attorney at Law |
|
Mr. Sawyier received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University (having entered
as an advanced placement sophomore), his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law
School, an LL.M. from Yale University Law School, and in 2000, an additional LL.M
in Tax Law from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Sawyier's firm concentrates on
Illinois estate planning and
business law,
probate, and
real estate litigation. Michael has practiced in the Chicago,
Illinois area for more than 30 years. He acts as special counsel to NAFEP and the
ACSFP for various legal matters; and as local counsel, particularly in regard to
trust funding, to various ACSFP and NAFEP attorneys' local clients. Chicago, Illinois
and Highland, Indiana.

Michele Knight - CPA |
|
Mrs. Knight graduated from St. Michael?s College in Vermont with degrees in Accounting,
Business Administration and Economics. Michele currently owns an accounting firm
in Denver, along with her husband David. She concentrates her practice on the needs
of individuals and small business owners; and offers tax preparation, tax planning,
financial management and estate planning to her clients. She is also a columnist
for several publications in Colorado, helping taxpayers to better understand the
tax system.

Mel Parker - CLU, CHFC |

Mr. Parker has spent 40+ years in the Life Insurance Industry. He started with John
Hancock Life Insurance Company in the Home Office as a Marketing & Management Trainee
in 1976. Since that time Mel has been in sales qualifying as a member of the Million
Dollar Roundtable several times, served as a General Agent for New England Mutual
Life Insurance Company, and was the President of Investors Insurance Corporation
for seven years. Currently, Mel owns and operates a Marketing/Consulting Company
called All American Annuities Inc., and resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with
his wife Susan.

Pat Bloom ? ACSFP Member |

Mr. Bloom is licensed to sell Life, Health, Fixed Traditional and Indexed Annuities
in multiple states. He has been very successful in dealing with the general public
in various businesses for over 30 years. Because he is so successful in the estate
planning needs for people of all ages, he adds much needed advice to the ACSFP Board.

Randy Novak ? ACSFP Member
|
|
Mr. Novak and his son Skylar, with many years of business experience, have a successful
estate planning business in Southern California. They specialize in Life, Fixed
Traditional Annuities, Indexed Annuities, and Estate Planning. They are both natives
of California. Randy speaks at seminars educating the general public on Insurance,
Indexing, Trusts, Gifting, and Asset Protection strategies. Their office adds much
needed support and suggestions to the ACSFP Board.
